Erasmus+ outgoing students
If you have reached this page, it means that you want to take part in the Erasmus+ Programme or you are thinking about it. Read what we have prepared for you, and if you have any questions, ask the programme coordinator. Erasmus+ is a programme for higher education institutions, their students and employees. Other institutions, organizations or companies that cooperate with universities may also participate in some of its actions. The aim of Erasmus is to improve the quality of education in countries participating in this program by developing international cooperation between universities and supporting the mobility of students and employees of higher education institutions. As part of the Erasmus+ Programme, students can go abroad for studies and internships. You can go abroad during any cycle of studies (bachelor’s or master’s), for a total of no longer than 12 months. The minimum stay for studies is 3 months, and for internships – 2 months. For internships, students independently find a host institution whose profile matches their field of study and expectations. For this purpose, they can use information collected in surveys or portals with internship offers, as well as bilateral agreements signed by the university unit. Recruitment for internships is year-round.
Note! Our students can apply for Erasmus+ mobility to all universities that are on the list and have signed an agreement with our Faculty. This means that there are dozens of universities to choose from. The condition is that the chosen university has a faculty teaching a similar field of study to the one you are currently studying. It is important that there is an opportunity to choose subjects that correspond to those in the program of studies of your home university.

- Certificate of English language proficiency (certificate, high school leaving exam, course of studies card if you have already completed the rector’s exam in English)
- Completed online application form (umk.pl -> international cooperation -> ERASMUS+ 2021-2027 -> Erasmus + Studies -> Online forms, guides, surveys and documents -> Application form for ERASMUS+ studies)
- A cover letter (in English) in which you indicate why you want to take part in the program and why you want to go to the indicated universities. Send your cover letter to the Erasmus+ Recruitment Committee

- An opinion from the coordinator of the course of study on the study programme
- Consent from the supervisor of your thesis (if you are a third-year student of first-cycle studies or second-year student of second-cycle studies)
- After collecting the documents, fill in the online form sent by the Dean’s Office and attach all documents in the form of scans.

Note! After starting your mobility at your chosen university, if you are unable to complete your chosen classes (e.g. due to lack of places), you have the option to choose another subject that is in line with your curriculum. The condition is that you must do this within 30 days of completing your mobility and after obtaining prior consent from the faculty coordinator!
