Interest:
holds PhD in economics, works as an assistant professor in the Department of Quality of Life Research and Applied Sociology in the Institute of Sociology at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Her scientific interests are located in the areas of human resources management, labour market and eldercare. She has worked as a national expert in Eurofound projects. Her research focus on international comparisons of long-term care regimes and labour market participation of informal carers.
Since 2021 she has held the position of the President of the Toruń University of the Third Age (https://tutw.org/). She works as a coach with employees and PhD students at the Nicolaus Copernicus University’s Center for Support and Personal Development.
